CareAR and Infosys Partner to Enhance Metaverse Service Experience Transformation

The leading Service Experience Management (SXM) company, CareAR, has inked a strategic partnership with the global tech and consulting leader, Infosys, to accelerate the enterprise level exploration of the metaverse powered by the Infosys Metaverse Foundry. 

CareAR’s SXM platform, comprising CareAR Assist, CareAR Instruct, and CareAR Insight, will help enhance clients’ service experience transformation across critical sectors. The applications will help facilitate the delivery of real-time visual guidance and instructional content through smartphones, tablets, and wearables.

As a result, enterprises can leverage AR to make their processes more efficient by reducing resolution times and customer downtime while improving customer results.

Infosys has created a CareAR services practice that bundles the CareAR SXM platform with the Infosys Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Café, a constituent of the Infosys Cobalt. It allows for a superior service experience and a seamless integration with ServiceNow workflows.

CareAR’s AR platform could act as a natural extension for Infosys’ Metaverse Foundry by enabling customers and service technicians to collaborate using 3D renderings and digital twins and obtain assistance through an extensive content library of self-solve experiences.

The two entities are working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, telecom, oil and gas, healthcare, IT, and other sectors.
