The pioneer in augmented reality work-instruction solutions, Taqtile, will participate on a panel discussing digitization strategies and best practices for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations for defense organizations at the NATO Edge 2022 Conference in Lotto Mons Expo, Belgium. As part of the esteemed panel, John Mathieu, Managing Director of Taqtile Europe, will talk about this significant subject.

The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) will be the host of NATO Edge, focusing on the partnerships, collaboration, and technology required to future-proof the NATO Alliance. The NCI Agency supports NATO’s efforts in various areas, including cyber security, space technology, and artificial intelligence.

Taqtile, a Seattle-based company, is transforming how deskless workers perform their jobs. Taqtile was created to give employees the tools they need to do their work perfectly and accurately every time.

Taqtile’s Manifest platform enables deskless workers to execute complicated jobs more quickly, entirely, and safely than ever before by utilizing tried-and-true technologies like augmented reality, 3D visualization, and real-time collaborative communication.

Utilizing technologies like artificial intelligence and augmented reality is essential for digital transformation because they increase operational preparedness, boost collective power, and enable new capabilities. To build digitally enhanced workflows on bases and in the field, digitizing MRO requires merging data from four domains: service member, place, machine, and procedure.

“NATO Edge is at the forefront of technological innovation, pursuing strategies that improve MRO and assist in increasing operational readiness for NATO members,” said John Mathieu, Managing Director, Taqtile Europe.

Taqtile has much expertise in dealing with defense organizations. Deskless technicians and mechanics at defense organizations like the US Army, the New Zealand Defense Force, and the US Air Force manage a variety of MRO tasks as well as inspection procedures using the Manifest® AR-enabled work-instruction platform.

The platform makes military workers more productive and accurate, keeping military equipment in proper order, making defense installations safer and more compliant, and enhancing operator safety.
