Christian Louboutin used augmented reality and virtual reality to unveil its Spring Summer 2022 men’s collection. Loubifuture is the name of his latest Spring Summer collection.
The VR experience guides shoppers to a double showroom, where they can view displays of the latest collection. The first room shows a new sneaker, the Arpoador, where 5 sneakers are on display. On clicking the sneakers, shoppers can view the 360-degree rotation of the sneakers. The sneakers are in five different colorways of red, grey, white, black, and beige.
Upon leaving the first room, shoppers are taken to the second room on a rollercoaster. The rollercoaster leads shoppers on a track around purple archways and a rainbow-like tunnel. The second room shows a collection featuring shoes and handbags, with their popular red bottom.
The shoes, designed in silver antispecchio and black calf leather, are designed with spikes, light soles, and buckles. The accessories on display show three of their newest additions, the LoubiTown pouch, the Ruistote bag, and the BackParis backpack.
