Oculus Quest 2 headset by Facebook is selling too fast for Facebook to keep up. It is already back-ordered by almost a month. Facebook announced Quest 2 last week and began pre-orders for its new headset. Facebook said it was ready for high demand, but now it looks like the company has underestimated Quest 2 demand.
Facebook is marketing the XR2-powered Oculus Quest 2 headset for $299. Quest 2 is thought to be shipped from 13 October 2020. In the US and Canada Quest 2 is back-ordered by a month. In the US, buyers can Canadians can expect it by 3 November, while in Canada, it is expected to arrive by 10 November.
