The global leader in innovative public safety tech and services, Wrap Technologies, has established a Professional Services and Technology Acquisition Agreement with Lumeto, the leading provider of advanced XR simulation, training, and skills assessment solutions to enhance its VR Training platform. 

The Wrap Reality virtual simulation training platform will employ the technology, services, and perpetual license that Lumeto will give Wrap as part of the agreement. Potential clients will also be able to purchase an enhanced, cloud-based virtual reality solution from Wrap through the Lumeto platform.

The partnership also contains clauses allowing Wrap to get extra services, resources, and improved capabilities to support its expanding VR training modules for law enforcement and correctional.

To complement its current, reliable Wrap Reality offering, Wrap plans to expedite its cloud-based VR teaching platform’s development considerably. For potential law enforcement agency customers, this new cloud-based service will offer enhanced, cost-effective equipment packages, faster production of new training scenarios, and greater flexibility. Law enforcement and corrections departments currently use the company’s on-premise Wrap Reality training platform, which it will keep providing and developing.

This new platform will provide present and potential Wrap customers with a new turnkey Cloud VR training solution that includes the crucial high-end type scenarios for which it has become recognized. Compared to internally developing a complete cloud solution, Wrap can significantly speed up development by collaborating with Lumeto and utilizing their current technology.
