Icona develops and sells customer support and after-sales software to make assistance intuitive and innovative. The company’s pioneering product, Acty, has several uses across machinery, manufacturing, field service, and customer verticals to facilitate functions, such as material working, laser cutting, packaging, food and beverage processing, and more. Most of its users come from the manufacturing sector, where they work in complex and dangerous environments, requiring a higher degree of concentration, alertness, and efficiency.
