DigitalBridge Rebrands Itself As Fixtuur with the Launch of Its New AR Commerce Platform

The visual commerce platform, DigitalBridge, has rebranded itself to Fixtuur and unveiled its new AR-powered platform to help eCommerce and retail businesses deliver a more engaging experience to their customers.

The Manchester-based company enables customers to superimpose static product images over their physical surroundings using augmented reality. The immersive features allow the consumers to explore more interior design ideas and try out the products virtually before they go ahead with the purchase.

The application enables the shoppers to go through several decorating elements, such as hardware, colors, materials, and spatial configurations, through a unique AR experience. Moreover, the platform can incorporate these new features directly on the retailer’s or the brand’s website.

It enables customers to test different product configurations with different color, material, and size according to their home environment and design. AR tech allows the customers to redesign their indoor and outdoor spaces and help them visualize the final output.

Designer Ashley Fenlon explained the idea behind the company’s logo, showcasing an ‘agile and in motion’ image as it continues to help its users ‘transform and deliver enhanced customer experiences.’ 

Moda Furnishings, one of Fixtuur’s leading clients, explained the outcome of the integration on their website that led to ‘high levels of engagement.’ They will soon deploy the solution for their entire product range.
