In the last few years, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, and virtual reality has revolutionized the gaming industry. Unlike in the past, when video games included only remote controls and a screen, gamers can now experience games in 3D with the help of virtual reality and augmented reality.

In the current year, 2020, the PC and mobile games market globally is estimated to be around US$37billion and US$77 billion, respectively. Per a consulting form Activate, gaming time is expected to increase by 29% during the current lockdown scenario. The firm also anticipates that the gaming market by 2024 will reach US$198 billion.

According to a survey by Activate, around 22% of the respondents mentioned purchasing VR products during the COVID-19 outbreak. They also predict that US buyers will increase their AR and VR spending to around US$19.8 billion by 2024.
