Italian fashion house partners with Microsoft to create digital made-to-order

Salvatore Ferragamo has partnered with Microsoft and Hevolus to develop digital means to improve its phy-gital customer experience.

This helps Salvatore Ferragamo highlight its elements of innovation, heritage, and craftsmanship by designing new customer experiences that are highly immersive and personalized.

Hevolus’s AR Store at Home platform, which is based on cloud computing and Mixed Reality from Microsoft, clients can create their own Tramezza shoe, picking from four different models. As part of its high-tech and craft innovative, clients can view customized footwear on their phone in 3D.

Besides clients can also request virtual assistance and take live sessions with store-based retail advisors via HoloLens 2 holographic devices.
