UK based Extend Robotics recently stated that they had a successful trial of its VR controlled cybernetic bartender, robotically optimized bartender (aka R:O:B:). The robot has a human-like dexterity and it is completely capable of virtually pulling a pint.

R:O:B is immersive and has intuitive control which uses VR. R:O:B has real human-like dexterity and reachability to six DoF (degrees of freedom). The robot is affordable and is developed in-house at Extend Robotics.
