Users can now view immersive content on Microsoft Flight Simulator with the help of virtual reality.

Microsoft Flight Simulator is now supporting VR headsets. The famous flight simulator can now immerse users into a lifelike world of flight on supported Oculus, Windows Mixed Reality, HTC, and Valve headsets. Along with this announcement, Microsoft also shared the list of devices that will be supported by the new technology upgrade.

Microsoft Flight Simulator provides an immersive experience on PCs and laptops and it is expected to only enhance by the addition of VR. With immersion within a VR headset and wider field of view, Microsoft flight Simulator within virtual reality is expected to be very realistic.

“The flight sim community has been a very active and insightful partner in shaping how the team approached VR, and continues to be a critical partner in our continued development as we make further improvements and add new features to the simulation.” – Jorg Neumann, Head of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
