From September 2021 to August 2022, Botanic Gardens’ visitors can explore ‘Seeing the Invisible’ for free through an app on smartphones. Visitors exploring ‘Seeing the Invisible’ will also take part in an exhibition that happens simultaneously globally in twelve separate locations.

The Botanic Gardens in Melbourne are the only Australian location taking part, with other locations including the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden in Cape Town, Eden Project in Cornwall, the San Diego Botanic Garden, and the Royal Botanical Gardens in Ontario.

‘Seeing the Invisible’ exhibition is on at both the Cranbourne and Melbourne botanic gardens from September 2021 to August 2022, with the exact dates to be announced shortly.
