The agile measurement automation provider, OptoFidelity, has joined the LaSAR Alliance (Laser Scanning for Augmented Reality). The company has a definitive history of providing high accuracy test and metrology equipment for AR devices and their entire product lifecycle from R&D and mass production.

OptoFidelity designs and manufactures automated test systems to measure the image quality and track the performance of augmented reality and virtual reality devices. The company is present across three continents to offer international service coverage.

The LaSAR Alliance was set up to foster an ecosystem that enables efficient design and manufacture of augmented reality wearable devices, including smart glasses and head-mounted displays. The alliance allows for seamless exchange and sharing of information to create, build and grow effective and compelling LBS (Laser Beam Scanning)-based solutions.
