The Israeli signal management products company, Kramer Electronics, is partnering with Sony Electronics for an Augmented Reality Teaching Studio Solution, a software designed for facilitating hybrid learning experiences by combining AR with artificial intelligence.
Through the partnership, Kramer will integrate its control solutions and various audio, video, and management products with Sony’s Edge presentation, visualization, and analytics suite (REA-C1000).
The Kramer Control platform works on a specially designed tablet that enables the presenters to operate all the equipment in a presentation room using a single user interface and quickly move around the space. Sony’s Edge Suite combines AR software with AI technology to augment the presentation experience and enhance participants’ visual and audio quality.
The platform also supports various optional licenses for additional features, such as handwriting extraction across multiple displays, PTZ auto-tracking, close-up by gesture features, Chromakey-less CG Overlay, real-time cropping, and more.
Sony’s solution will feature at Kramer’s booth at InfoComm 2021 coming up this week
