Resonai an artificial intelligence and computer vision company, shared that they are launching Vera Concierge, an app that utilizes artificial intelligence and augmented reality to offer digital concierge services to customers of commercial buildings and retail stores. The app is developed on Vera, Resonai’s enterprise platform. The platform converts any physical area into an intelligent digital environment. Vera Concierge, the app provides indoor navigation, customized assistance, and context-aware information through an AR interface.

Vera Concierge is a sub-segment of the Vera suite of applications which can be used in any commercial building. Other apps within this suite includes Vera Universal Controller and Vera Maintenance Manager. Vera Universal Controller provides a way to control and manage a building’s IoT devices from one location. Vera Maintenance Manager uses augmented reality and building intelligence to automate a building’s maintenance processes.
