Living Popups, an AR storytelling provider, is offering free downloads to their augmented reality Book Apps. The version is for the classic Boxcar Children series, volume I to IV. Once the Boxcar AR App is downloaded, the 4 orphaned siblings, who transform an abandoned boxcar into their house, pops up to guide readers through the story.

Living Popups is trying to support the educational needs of kids who are required to learn virtually because of the pandemic. The Boxcar AR App adds fun and provides a whole new reading experience.

Throughout the stories, animated 3D images of Jessie, Benny, Henry, Violet, and Watch, their dog, come alive. The avatars ask the reader questions and inspire them to use their innovative thinking to explore the story.
