Kinder partners with Gameloft to develop Applaydu – a new AR app for kids

Kinder has recently announced that they have launched Applaydu, a mobile app that brings Kinder toys to life via augmented reality.

Applaydu the mobile app is a free education playing experience, which is developed with Gameloft. It aims to encourage engagement time where children and their parents can play and discover together. Department of Education of The University of Oxford provided academic feedback during the development of Applaydu.

Applaydu provides an immersive experience devoted to children from 4-9 years of age. The characters, stories, and environments are developed to spark their creativity and excite their ability to discover new things. Applaydu’s users can enjoy interactive stories, activities, games, and a lot more.

The mobile app also provides a family-friendly, controlled, safe environment and ads-free features to ensure parents’ complete peace of mind. It is built in a manner so that it can be used with the whole family.

Kinder partnered with Gameloft to build this app. Meantime, Department of Education of Oxford University provided Kinder with guidelines to help Kinder’s development of Applaydu.

Parents can download Applaydu for free either from the App Store or from Google Play.
