The online fashion platform wing of South Korea’s retail giant Shinsegae, W Concept, has unveiled a virtual reality showroom to enable its customers to try on several items virtually. The showroom will also feature numerous styling guides for a more comprehensive shopping experience.

W Concept releases a statement saying that the VR showroom will allow its customers to select and purchase over 140 apparel items from 50 popular brands. The platform has been branded as “Find My Concept,” aiming to persuade customers to pick suitable fashion products by experiencing three different virtual exhibition rooms.

The virtual spaces enable the customers to experiment with several kinds of clothing to shortlist the items that meet their style and fashion preferences. The showrooms also come with virtual models to act as styling guides for the customers. The spaces have hidden discount coupons for the customers to find that can offer up to 15 percent off on the items of their liking.

Back in November, the company had onboarded virtual social media influencer Rozy as its official model targeting MZ generation customers. The 22-year-old digital model has amassed more than 100,800 followers across social media, creating content on fashion and travel.
