Facebook today shared demos of “Infinite Office,” which is the company’s new set of features to bring solo productivity to the Oculus Quest.
It will be rolled out later this year, and users can work across various customizable screens developed on top of Oculus Browser. Customers can see live views from the onboard cameras so that they can combine the virtual reality world with their home.
Facebook declared a partnership with Logitech, which will allow some keyboards to be accepted, tracked, and rendered within the headset so customers can input text while they work inside the Quest.
According to Facebook, more features will be installed in the next few months, and the upcoming releases would concentrate on personal productivity and not just on group collaboration.
