The German remote connectivity software company, TeamViewer, announced the acquisition of Upskill which is a US-based company specializing in the development of augmented reality applications for front-line workers.

Ever since TeamViewer, headquartered in Goeppingen, was floated in September 2019 by private equity backer Permira, this deal is the third takeover by CEO Oliver Steil.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed to the public.
