Droom will look to leverage techs like AR, VR, AI, big data, and machine learning to offer better customer service and experience on its auto commerce platform. Droom will be offering a live VR of vehicles for buyers. With this acquisition, Droom will start an AR and VR lab to improve the customer experience.
