VR Education Holdings, a VR technology company, has launched the Engage platform for the iOS operating system.

This now makes the application available for Apple products, including iPads and iPhones, through the Apple App Store. This follows the release of the Engage Mobile platform in July 2020 for Android phones and tablets.

Engage platform helps with meetings, training remote learning, and events within the VR space. Its clients include Facebook, HTC, XPrize Organization, Fidelity, the European Commission, HTC, SNCF, and Yahoo.

2020 Vive Ecosystem Conference of HTC was on Engage and later invested around €3 million in the company. VR Education Holdings has also signed a partnership deal with HTC for the resale of Engage services in Greater China.

“This year has seen many milestones for the group, which today delivered on the promise of Engage running on Apple products. This means we have now built and deployed versions of the platform for use on most mobile phones and tablets. While 2020 has been about developing the Engage platform and proving our business model, the focus for 2021 is on scaling our business, and we look forward to working hand in hand with our key partners to achieve our goals.” – David Whelan, Chief executive, VR Education.
