Goo Goo Dolls have recently published announced details of their upcoming AR movie musical, “It’s Christmas All Over.” The movie musical uses the name of their holiday album and their inspiration source.

In the musical movie, the Goo Goo Dolls explore through the past, present, and future, looking for the Spirit of Christmas, which is somehow lost. On their exploration, the band tour through city streets, subways and find themselves on The Ed Sullivan Show set. There they perform classic Christmas songs. The movie’s message is that even though we are all being kept apart because of the current COVID-19 situation, we are all unified by Christmas.

The AR movie musical is developed on FanTracks, a live streaming platform, and will debut worldwide on 12 December 2020.
