The stock screening, research, and fundamental analysis platform, Tickar, introduced an AR-powered scan, learn, and invest approach to simplify the experience for the stock market investors using its app.

More than 26% of all investors in the market today became investors in 2020, or later, as the coronavirus pandemic and the increasing popularity of cryptocurrency gave many people a new reason to throw a few bucks at something different, Tickar stated in the press release announcing its launch.

The Tickar app deploys augmented reality and machine learning to enable investors to invest in the products they use every day without being aware of their stock market presence. The platform aims ‘to be an investment advisor in your pocket’ while relying on the metaverse and AR as crucial parts of the company’s growth strategy.

Tickar received over 25,000 downloads within the first week of its launch and expects to amass one million users by the end of 2022. The company intends to enable users of other investing platforms to integrate those accounts under their Tickar profiles.
