Pico Interactive, a provider of enterprise solutions and VR, has recently announced the company’s latest virtual reality headset – ‘Neo 3’ for Asian consumers. The flagship 6DoF consumer headset uses the Snapdragon XR2 Platform from Qualcomm and has WiFi 6 functionality and optical controllers.
Pico mentioned that more details on the new VR headset would be made available soon, while the VR headset will be launched in Summer 2021.

Through the application of the 4 in-built wide-angle cameras, the Neo 3 VR headset offers precision positioning and tracking. Also, the VR headset has an updated curved screen for a sleeker form factor and can give 90hz experiences.
Finally, Pico Interactive’s 6DoF controller uses 32 optical tracking sensors, which according to the company, are more fitting for gaming.
