The Los Angeles-based XR wellness and digital psychedelic platform TRIPP announced its launching on Nreal’s mixed reality glasses in Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Germany, and Spain. The company had successfully concluded the Deutsche Telekom’s Hubraum Mixed Reality Program with Nreal earlier this year and is gearing up to go beyond VR by introducing its self-care and wellness offerings on AR.

The company has also been picked as one of six companies to join T-Mobile’s Wellness Accelerator Program. It will be working with technologists and business leaders to develop 5G-powered experiences for enhancing wellness and quality of life.

The platform takes users to unique, immersive environments beyond their scope in real life to help them build a deeper connection to their inner selves. With AR, TRIPP can curate experiences to alter the way individuals interact with their physical environment and foster methods to build relationships with the community as a whole.

TRIPP VR is available on Oculus and PlayStation VR for $19.99 a year. It can be an effective stress management solution to help transition back to work as life gradually goes back to normal. Nevertheless, with the AR platforms coming into the picture, the program’s benefits would be accessible on a varied set of devices, giving people the opportunity to go through the experience as per their comfort.
